Our Guarantee

If we genuinely cannot help you grow on Reddit, we will refund you. That is our promise.

But before you ask for a refund - talk to us first.

Step 1: Let us help you

If you are struggling with Reddit marketing, not sure how to use the tool, or not seeing results yet - contact us. You can reach us via the chat inside the dashboard or by emailing info@mediafa.st.

We respond to every message. We will help you set up your strategy, fix anything that is confusing, and make sure you are getting value from the tool. Most issues get resolved quickly once we talk.

Step 2: If it still does not work - we refund you

If after we have helped you it still does not work out, we will refund you. No arguments, no hoops, no hard feelings.

What we do not refund

We do not issue refunds for change of mind, not using the tool, or skipping Step 1. The chat and email exist for a reason - use them and we will sort it out together.

We also do not issue refunds if your product or service is not suitable for Reddit marketing. MediaFast provides strategies, subreddit recommendations, and post generation based on the information you give us. If your product has no clear audience on Reddit, is pre-launch with no landing page, or is not a fit for the platform, that is not something we can control. We do our best to help every product, but results depend on what you are promoting.

Done For You services

Our Done For You plans are services performed by real people, so they follow their own rules:

Reddit Growth Done For You ($1,999/mo, the PRO plan): this plan carries an explicit performance guarantee of 200k+ impressions. If we do not hit the guaranteed impressions in your billing month, you do not pay for that month, or we refund it if already charged. That is the guarantee and it is the full extent of it.

Reddit Marketing Done For You ($499/mo): this is a management service. You are paying for the work itself: account management, ghostwriting, posting, and commenting on your behalf. There is no results guarantee on this plan, and completed work is not refundable.

If nothing worked at all: if you believe a Done For You month delivered nothing, contact us and we will review it together. Where a refund is justified, it will usually be partial. We deduct the value of hours our team already spent and the cost of any warmed-up Reddit accounts that were used or lost in the process of promoting your product. Those accounts take months to build and cannot be recovered, so they are treated as consumed resources.
